Tom Albertson has been active in the construction field since 1984 in all aspects of construction and project management. His initial years focused on medium to large commercial projects in Connecticut and London, England. In 1992 Tom moved with his family to mid-coast Maine and formed his first construction firm ACARE Services, later to be known as Albertson Builders and Services. Tom’s resume of projects in Maine is vast and wide ranging including many custom homes and additions, plus a wide array of commercial facilities. Tom is experienced in all facets of the construction management process and enjoys an excellent reputation with local architects, trade contractors and clients. He resides in Rockport with his wife in the home where they raised their three grown children.
Casey Leonard has a passion for architectural design, historic preservation and restoration along with a rooted love of mid-coast Maine. He has been running a family owned business with his father, Brian Leonard, for 25 years, Village Cabinetry and Remodeling which manages projects ranging from bathroom remodels to historic mill work to major residential renovation projects. Casey brings an old-school knowledge and skill set, with excellent problem-solving and construction management skills. Working and living in the mid-coast community for 30 years, Casey has a broad network of professional relationships and an understanding of the challenges and remarkable rewards of life on the Maine coast. As a husband and father of two fantastic sons, Casey enjoys spending time on a bike in the Camden Hills and in a boat on Penobscot Bay with his family.
